Sri Lanka, June 9 -- The National Dengue Control Unit (NDCU) has urged the public to use only Paracetamol for pain relief associated with Dengue and Chikungunya.

Consultant Community Physician of NDCU, Dr Prashila Samaraweera, speaking at a media briefing in Colombo today (9) stated that 25,505 Dengue cases have been reported so far this year.
