Sri Lanka, Sept. 11 -- The Sri Lanka Police has made public its updated schedule of fees for various public services.
According to a police statement, the cost for obtaining Police Clearance Reports, including real-time services for foreign travel, has been set at Rs. 5000.
Fees for broadcast permits will be charged based on their duration. A permit for up to six hours will cost Rs. 500, while a permit valid for between six and twelve hours will cost Rs. 1000. For any broadcast exceeding twelve hours, the fee will be Rs. 2000.
Additionally, police reports from divisional police stations for use in Middle Eastern countries will be charged at Rs. 500, whereas reports for domestic use will be available for Rs. 300. A fee of Rs. 50 will be...
