Sri Lanka, Jan. 31 -- Train traffic on the Upcountry Railway Line has returned to normal after a disruption this morning. The line between Kotagala and Talawakelle was blocked due to the collapse of an earth mound. The Railway Department reported that all trains on that route had experienced delays as a result.
