Sri Lanka, Sept. 9 -- The United National Party (UNP) has resolved to maintain its collaborative relationship with the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) and other opposition political parties. This decision aligns with the consensus reached during initial discussions between the groups.
The party plans to establish a committee or similar mechanism to coordinate its efforts with the SJB and other opposition groups. This move follows a series of recent discussions the UNP held with various opposition parties to find common ground for cooperation.
The UNP Chairman stated that the party is committed to implementing the agreements reached during these talks and will work openly and jointly with the Samagi Jana Balawegaya
