Sri Lanka, Jan. 24 -- A significant discussion aimed at fostering a broad agreement for future collaboration between the United National Party (UNP) and the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) took place today (24), over a lunch meeting at the "Colombo Club" in the Taj Samudra Hotel.
The SJB delegation was led by Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa, accompanied by General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara and Senior Advisor Lakshman Fonseka.
The UNP was represented by a high-ranking team including Deputy Leader Ruwan Wijewardene, General Secretary Thalatha Athukorala, Vice Leader Akila Viraj Kariyawasam, Vice Chairman Navin Dissanayake, and National Organiser Sagala Ratnayaka.
