Sri Lanka, July 13 -- Two people have died in a road collision that occurred this morning (13) in the Mallahawa area on the Mirigama-Pasyala main road.

Police stated that the incident involved a collision between a bus and a motorcycle.

The two individuals travelling on the motorcycle were admitted to Wathupitiwala Hospital but later succumbed to their injuries.

Police confirmed that they were residents of Dehiowita and Amitirigala.
