Sri Lanka, April 12 -- A private bus traveling from Welimada to Colombo was involved in an accident last night (11) in the Nugathalawa area of Welimada.

The accident occurred when a boom truck, making a careless turn near the road, collided with the bus. Two individuals sustained injuries and were hospitalized.

The bus suffered severe damage in the collision. Welimada Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
