Sri Lanka, Aug. 1 -- A tourist who recently visited Sri Lanka has used social media to voice his displeasure regarding the growing presence of Israeli tourists in the Arugam Bay area and the resulting cultural changes.
In an Instagram video, Foreign DJ, the tourist, remarked, "I thought Arugam Bay was in Sri Lanka, but this is like the 'Tel Aviv' of Israel."
He also expressed his dissatisfaction with the use of Hebrew in local restaurants and the restrictions placed by Israeli tourists on locals holding parties.
The video is currently circulating widely on social media.
He also urged the Sri Lankan government to pay immediate attention to the situation.
