A total of 229,298 tourists visited the country in March, with the highest number of arrivals-53,113-recorded during the first week of the month.
With 722,276 arrivals in the first quarter of 2025, Sri Lanka appears to be on track to achieve its annual target of three million tourists. The target forms a key component of the country's broader economic recovery efforts.
