Srilanka, Nov. 19 -- A three-wheeler was severely damaged after it collided with a motor car and overturned in an accident that occurred today (19) in the Kotagala area, according to the Dimbula Pathana Police.

The incident involved a three-wheeler that was traveling at a high speed from Hatton towards the Kotagala Pradeshiya Sabha office.

Police stated that the three-wheeler was being driven by an employee of the Kotagala Pradeshiya Sabha who did not possess a valid driving license.
