Sri Lanka, June 28 -- The Sri Lanka Navy has recovered the bodies of three fishermen who went missing after their vessel collided with a commercial ship off Devinuwara.

Four fishermen from the five-person crew, who departed from Devinuwara harbour yesterday, were reported missing after the incident, which occurred approximately 20 nautical miles offshore.

One fisherman was rescued shortly after the collision.

Search operations by the Navy and Air Force are continuing for the remaining missing individual.

Meanwhile, efforts are still underway to find the fishermen who went missing after a boat capsized off Moragalla, Beruwala, in a separate incident.
