Sri Lanka, Aug. 1 -- The third Kumbal Perahera of the historic Esala Perahera in Kandy will take to the streets tonight (1).

The second Kumbal Perahera was paraded at the auspicious time of 7:01 PM yesterday (31), drawing a large crowd of spectators.
