Sri Lanka, June 6 -- The Colombo Magistrate's Court has ordered the release on bail of an Assistant Controller of the Department of Immigration and Emigration and two other suspects. They were previously remanded in connection with the creation of two passports for the notorious drug trafficker, 'Kehel Baddara Padme', who is currently residing abroad.

Colombo Chief Magistrate Thanuja Lakmali ordered the suspects' release on two personal bail bonds of Rs 1 million each.

The court also imposed a travel ban on the suspects, ordering them to surrender their passports to the court. The case has been adjourned until the 13th of November.
