Sri Lanka, April 27 -- Two suspects have been arrested pertaining to an assault on a person in Kiribathgoda, which was circulated on social media.

Police reported that the assault is believed to have stemmed from a dispute involving a romantic relationship.

Both the victim and the assailant are residents of Kiribathgoda.
