Sri Lanka, Feb. 21 -- The Police Special Task Force (STF) has recovered several devices, including a mobile phone, from a cell holding special category inmates at the Boossa High Security Prison.

The STF stated that these items were hidden in cell 83 of Section D of the prison. Among the items found yesterday were a SIM card, a battery charger, and an unidentified quantity of drugs.

The seized items have been handed over to the Prison Management Authority for further investigation.
