Sri Lanka, Feb. 18 -- Colombo SSC Sports Club, one of Sri Lanka's oldest and most prestigious cricket clubs, is at risk of losing its first-class status after a disappointing performance in this year's Inter-Club Three-Day Cricket Tournament.
SSC finished eighth in Group B after suffering a first-innings defeat against Colombo NCC in their final match, which ended in a draw. They managed just one win in eight matches, with two losses and five draws.
