Sri Lanka, Feb. 6 -- Sri Lanka won the toss and opted to bat in the second Test against Australia, much to their relief. Players who were engaged in fielding drills paused to watch the toss and quickly exited the field after captain Dhananjaya de Silva secured the decision.
Sri Lanka made three changes to their lineup, bringing in Ramesh Mendis, Nishan Peiris, and Lahiru Kumara. Australia, led by Steve Smith, made one change, with spin expected to play a key role early on.
