Sri Lanka, July 12 -- A significant step in Sri Lanka's nuclear energy sector is set to commence tomorrow (13), with a conference titled "Sri Lanka's Readiness for Nuclear Energy."

The event, which is organised by the Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Board, will run until July 18.

Experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) are expected to participate in the conference.
