Sri Lanka, Feb. 24 -- Sri Lanka's tourism sector continues its impressive resurgence, recording over 400,000 arrivals by February 18, 2025. The country saw an influx of more than 150,000 visitors in the first 18 days of February, further strengthening its position as a sought-after destination.
This surge follows a robust January, which welcomed 252,761 tourists, marking a 21% increase compared to the same period last year. The steady growth reflects Sri Lanka's appeal as a tropical paradise, with its stunning landscapes, rich heritage, and diverse experiences attracting travelers from across the globe.
