Sri Lanka, April 23 -- Sri Lanka's total exports saw an increase of 5.87% in the first quarter of 2025, reaching US$ 4.2 billion, according to the Export Development Board.
Service exports also experienced a significant rise, climbing by 10.88% to US$ 887.04 million during this period.
Merchandise exports contributed to the overall growth, increasing by 4.61% to US$ 3.32 billion, the Export Development Board further reported.
