Sri Lanka, Sept. 13 -- Sri Lanka's Deputy Foreign Minister, Arun Hemachandra, has expressed the government's concern and solidarity with the people of Qatar regarding recent strikes in the country.

The Deputy Minister conveyed the message during a telephone conversation today with Qatar's State Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Sultan bin Saad bin Sultan Al Muraikhi.
