Sri Lanka, May 4 -- The 5th Sri Lanka-Pakistan Bilateral Defence Dialogue concluded on April 30 in Islamabad, Pakistan.

A release by the Ministry of Defence said that high-level discussions, which commenced on April 28, brought together senior defence officials from both countries to assess current partnerships and identify new areas for collaboration in defence relations.

As part of the three-day dialogue, the Sri Lankan delegation, led by Defence Secretary Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha (Retd), visited key defence and industrial facilities in Pakistan.
