Srilanka, Nov. 19 -- A delegation led by Yan Shijun, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial People's Congress of China, met with the Minister of Fisheries, Aquatic Resources and Ocean Resources, Ramalingam Chandrasekar, yesterday (18).
During the meeting, the Deputy Director explained the assistance that the Hainan Province could provide for the development of Sri Lanka and the necessary procedures to be followed for that support.
Discussions focused on investment opportunities in Sri Lanka and the potential for tourism development between Hainan Province and Sri Lanka.
