Sri Lanka, May 24 -- The active South-West Monsoon is expected to maintain and intensify rainfall across the South-Western parts of Sri Lanka, according to the Department of Meteorology.
Over the next 24 hours, heavy rainfall exceeding 100 millimetres is anticipated in the Western and Sabaragamuwa Provinces, as well as in the Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Galle, and Matara Districts.
