Sri Lanka, June 2 -- A 16-year-old schoolboy has died after being electrocuted in the Madurankuliya Police Division.

The incident occurred when the student was attempting to plug in an electrical appliance at his home.

Madurankuliya Police are conducting further investigations into the death.
