Sri Lanka, Oct. 21 -- Students and teachers of Kotagala Tamil Maha Vidyalaya staged a protest today blocking the Hatton-Nuwara Eliya main road.

It was to protest against the appointment of a temporary principal to the school.

The Hiru correspondent stated that the traffic on the Hatton-Nuwara Eliya main road was disrupted for nearly two hours due to the protest.
