Srilanka, Nov. 18 -- The Sarwa Jana Balaya party has suspended the party membership of Seethawaka Pradeshiya Sabha member Chandana Premanath Mudunkotuwa.

This decision was taken by the party because he acted against the party's decision during the voting held to elect the Chairman of the Seethawaka Pradeshiya Sabha.

The Sarwa Jana Balaya party took this action in response to his defiance of the party directive.
