Sri Lanka, June 30 -- A retired teacher has tragically died, and her husband sustained injuries, following a fatal incdient in Horana. Police report that the incident occurred when the door of a parked cab was suddenly opened, colliding with the handlebar of a passing motorcycle. The motorcycle then overturned onto the road, leading to the fatal outcome.

The injured husband has been admitted to Horana District General Hospital, according to Bandaragama Police.
