Sri Lanka, Jan. 20 -- A new mobile application named 'SP Bus' has been introduced, allowing passengers to monitor the live location and arrival times of buses operating within the Southern Province.
Member of Parliament Ajantha Gammeddage presided over the official launch of the app.
This digital tool enables commuters to pinpoint exactly where a bus is located and accurately estimate how long it will take to reach their specific stop.
The system provides the convenience of checking the availability of bus services directly from home before beginning a journey.
By integrating real-time tracking, the app aims to reduce waiting times and improve the efficiency of public transport for residents in the region.
