Sri Lanka, June 25 -- The Consumer Affairs Authority has imposed a fine of Rs. 225,000 on two establishments in Rajagiriya.

The penalty was issued due to the businesses' inability to confirm whether their goods were imported, along with four other charges.

Additionally, the court has ordered the destruction of cosmetic products found at the premises, valued at nearly Rs. 10 million.
