Sri Lanka, Jan. 14 -- The Department of Meteorology anticipates a reduction in showery conditions throughout the island starting tomorrow, January 15.

Occasional showers remain possible in the Central, Eastern, and Uva provinces. In the afternoon, specifically after 2:00 p.m., the Western province, along with the Rathnapura, Matara, and Galle districts, may experience scattered showers or thundershowers. Other regions will mostly see fair weather. During the early morning, misty conditions are likely in parts of the Central, Sabaragamuwa, and Western provinces, as well as the Matara and Galle districts.
