Sri Lanka, Jan. 30 -- The Government Association of Radiological Technologists deferred their planned island-wide continuous strike, originally set to begin today (30), until next Monday.

Association President Chanaka Dharmawickrama stated that this decision followed an executive committee meeting held yesterday.

The industrial action aims to demand the removal of the Deputy Director at the Maligawatta Kidney Hospital.

While the strike was initially scheduled to commence at 8:00 AM this morning, the union opted to delay the move following internal deliberations.
