Sri Lanka, June 1 -- The Lanka Private Bus Owners Association has announced its decision to postpone the annual bus fare revision, originally scheduled for July, by one month.

Speaking at a press conference in Colombo today (1), its chairman, Gemunu Wijeratne, stated that the annual bus fare revision is now planned to be carried out in August.

He added that this decision was made considering the prevailing situation and that discussions would be held with other associations regarding the matter.
