Sri Lanka, June 5 -- President Anura Kumara Dissanayake today (5) reiterated his call for a transformation among public servants, stating that they too must change, just as the political authority has.
The President made these remarks while participating in the national celebrations of the World Environment Day ceremony held in Kegalle.
During the event, several forest reserves, including Nilgala, Thulhiri Kanda, Udaliyadda, Werahenkanda, and Kottawa, were officially declared as protected areas under the President's patronage.
