Sri Lanka, Dec. 4 -- Officials of the Home Development Authority received advice from President Anura Kumara Dissanayake to identify fully and partially damaged houses using a proper methodology and to create a special technique for efficiently collecting the correct data needed for compensation.
The President gave this guidance during a meeting with officers from the Home Development Authority and the Ministry of Finance held today (04) at the Presidential Secretariat. The discussion was convened to investigate houses damaged by Cyclone 'Ditwah' and the related compensation process.
