Sri Lanka, May 17 -- President Anura Kumara Dissanayake convened a meeting yesterday (16) at the Presidential Secretariat, bringing together officials from the Ministry of Digital Economy and heads of relevant institutions to discuss the advancement of Sri Lanka's digital economic initiatives.

The meeting placed particular emphasis on the progress of key projects outlined in the digital economic development roadmap, a central strategy in the government's overall development agenda.

President Dissanayake underscored the critical need to expedite the implementation of public digital infrastructure solutions that deliver tangible benefits to the citizens of Sri Lanka.
