Sri Lanka, Aug. 8 -- President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has announced that the government expects to provide some concessionary vehicles to Members of Parliament in the upcoming budget.
Speaking in Parliament yesterday (7), the President said the vehicles would be for the duration of their term and would have to be returned afterwards.
In a separate matter, the President also stated that Sri Lanka has not yet signed a final agreement regarding the reciprocal tariffs imposed by the United States.
He added that discussions are currently underway to reduce the tariff rate further.
