Sri Lanka, July 18 -- The case filed against nine Army intelligence officers regarding the abduction and disappearance of journalist Prageeth Eknaligoda was taken up for hearing again today (18).
The case was called before a three-member High Court bench comprising Justices Namal Balalle, Mahesh Weeraman, and Sujeewa Nissanka.
During the proceedings, testimony was recorded from a prosecution witness. Subsequently, the further hearing of evidence was postponed until August 29.
