Sri Lanka, April 29 -- Portugal's government stated earlier today (29) that all 6.4 million electricity clients had power supplies normalised after yesterday's (28) country-wide blackout, which authorities now suspect was caused by grid instability.
In a statement, they added that all airports were operating, with some recovery still underway in Lisbon.Similarly, all train services across the nation are currently in operation.Furthermore, it was confirmed that schools and the health service had fully stabilised.Power was also restored in 99% of Spain.
