Srilanka, Nov. 15 -- Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya emphasised that all sectors must collaborate to empower local entrepreneurs for the national mission of transitioning Sri Lanka towards a digital economy.

The Prime Minister made these remarks yesterday (14) at Temple Trees, attending the inauguration ceremony of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, organised by the Ministry of Digital Economy under the theme "Let's Build Together."

The Prime Minister stated that the Global Entrepreneurship Week of 2025 will actively contribute to building an entrepreneurial culture and creating opportunities in the country, stressing that creativity, collaboration, and innovation are crucial for the nation's future development.
