Sri Lanka, Feb. 19 -- Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya stated in Parliament today (19) that the culture of her political movement involves members of the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) and National People's Power (NPP) contributing their salaries to the party fund.

The Prime Minister made these remarks while responding to a question raised by Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Chaminda Wijesiri.

Expressing gratitude to the MP for the question, the Prime Minister noted that it provided an opportunity to demonstrate the transparency of their accounts to the country.
