Sri Lanka, June 4 -- The Joint Council for Professions Supplementary to Medicine has announced an island-wide strike set to begin at 8 am tomorrow.

The decision follows five key demands put forward by the federation, including delays in promotions and issues related to the recruitment of allied health graduates.
