Sri Lanka, May 29 -- A shooting incident occurred today (29) in the Wekada area of Panadura.

It was reported that 1 person has been injured in the shooting and has been admitted to hospital.

This marks the 50th shooting incident reported in Panadura so far this year.

Panadura Police are conducting further investigations.
