Sri Lanka, April 25 -- Pakistan's Senate unanimously passed a resolution India's accusations that Pakistan was linked to an attack on tourists in Kashmir.

The Senate rejected what it dubbed as frivolous and baseless attempts to link Pakistan with the Pahalgam attack, and condemned it as a "campaign by the Indian government to malign the Pakistan government.

"The Senate also reportedly said that Pakistan was "prepared to defend its sovereignty".
