Srilanka, Nov. 29 -- Nearly 120 displaced persons from the Yaya 4, 10 Ela village in the Rajangana Divisional Secretariat area were rescued.

Reports state that the Police, Army, and local residents safely rescued this group.

The rescued individuals were subsequently taken to hospitals.
