Sri Lanka, Sept. 10 -- Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa has denounced Israel's continuing military operations in the Gaza Strip, describing it as a 'genocide against the Palestinian people.'
Speaking at the Premadasa said that Israel's actions, including targeting hospitals and the restriction of food supplies, constitute state terrorism against women, children, and other non-combatants.
He called on all advocates for human rights to condemn these acts.
The Opposition Leader Premadasa accused Israel of disregarding two-state solution-focused United Nations General Assembly resolutions and claimed the assault on Gaza was designed to prevent the possibility of a two-state solution.
