Sri Lanka, May 25 -- New Zealand's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Winston Peters, arrived in Sri Lanka last night (24), for a four-day official visit.
He arrived at Katunayake Airport on a SriLankan Airlines flight from Melbourne, Australia, accompanied by a delegation of four senior officials from New Zealand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
During his stay, Peters is scheduled to meet with President Anura Kumara Disanayake and Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya.
He will also hold bilateral discussions with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism, Vijitha Herath, aimed at strengthening co-operation in areas including trade, investment, agriculture, education, connectivity, tourism...
