Sri Lanka, June 14 -- The Election Commission stated that the names of 223 members elected to local government bodies have yet to be submitted.

Election Commission Chairman R.M.A.L. Rathnayake stated that political parties have been reminded to provide the outstanding names without delay.

Meanwhile, Rathnayake also confirmed that the names of 107 councillors already received by the Commission were sent to the Government Printer yesterday, (13), for gazetting.
