Sri Lanka, July 12 -- Muslim ministers who resigned from their portfolios have decided to re-accept their positions.

A special discussion was held last night regarding swearing in under their respective portfolios and the current political situation prevailing in the country.

It has been reported that all Muslim ministers had agreed to this notion.

During the discussion held in parliament, they have decided to take oaths in their respective portfolios.

Recently owing to the fast unto death initiated by Venerable Athuraliye Rathana thero, all Muslim ministers decided to resign from their positions.

However, later on Kabeer Hasheem and M.H.A.M Haleem was sworn in, in their respective posts.
