SriLanka, Nov. 8 -- Jaffna District Member of Parliament (MP), Ramanathan Archchuna, was forced to wait for 19 hours at the Dubai International Airport (DXB) on November 6 due to an unusual mishap that occurred during his travel from France.

The incident stemmed from a security check at the French airport.

During the screening process, security officials checked his laptop but forgot to return it to the MP.

It was only upon arriving at Dubai International Airport that MP Archchuna realised his laptop was missing and had been left behind by French airport security.
